Shipping Policy

Action Pro doesn’t charge for shipping, i.e., we deliver orders of our customers without any shipping charges, except the localities which are out of shipping region of Action Pro. Once you order, the shipping process begins and then it will be shipped within 3-4 working days and the tracking number will be updated within 48 hrs after placing the order, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Orders are not processed on Sundays and holidays.

Please note that you must create an account on actionpro.in, in order to provide information for shipping/billing address before you place the order to be able to select this shipping option.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the order within 3 hours of your purchase by writing email to us at support@actionpro.in for your prepaid order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email .

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account after deducting 2% of the total amount, i.e., the payment gateway fee.

Repeated cancellations of orders might lead to barring of order delivery to the customer completely.

Exchange Policy

Action Pro stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with purchase. If you’re not satisfied with products you purchased from Action Pro, you can exchange your item(s) as follows:

  • Items purchased online can be returned within 5 days of purchase.
  • The Item will be exchanged if it was delivered in a physically damaged condition or if it is different from what was ordered.
  • You must have an original receipt to complete your exchange process.
  • Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
  • Products if marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page, cannot be returned.
