Is it required to register as a member to get any information?
It is not required; you can directly send enquiries to support@actionpro.in. But on registration, we can update you with exclusive offers.
What is the Return & Exchange policy?
For Return or Exchange, you have to send us the clear images of the product and the scanned Invoice Bill so that we could check and authorise you the Return or Exchange for the specific product.
In how many days, my order will be delivered?
The delivery of the product will take 3 to 7 working days and the time will exceed at the time of the festivals because of the load.
When is my order shipped?
The order will be shipped within 24 working hrs and the tracking number will be updated within 48 hrs after placing the order.
How can I change the Billing address online?
In order to prevent Fraud, you are unable to change address information on the site. To change your billing information, email us with your updated address on support@actionpro.in.
How well is your product quality?
The product quality will be same as we sell on Amazon.in and Flipkart. There will be no compromise in the product quality.
How do I shop for a product on actionpro.in?
Shopping at actionpro.in is very easy. At first, you need to register on our site. Then add to cart your favourite products, and then click on “Add to cart” for the product you wish to purchase. Then-
- On the Shipping Information page, enter the details of your delivery address where you want to deliver your order.
- On the Order summary page, if the details are as per your expectations, click on “Proceed to payment” to go to Payment Information page.
- On the payment page, choose a suitable payment option from Credit card, Debit card and Net banking. Click on “Pay now” after filling your payment details and confirm your payment.
Once you are done with order, you will receive order details on website, email, and SMS.
Can I order multiple quantities for the same products at a single time?
Sure! You can order multiple number of quantities for a particular product. The order limit, however, will be subject to the availability of stock at the time of placing the order.
How will the delivery be done?
All orders are delivered through our courier service partners within 7 working days after your order.
How do I pay using Credit Card/Debit Card?
We accept payment made by both Credit and Debit Card. We accept payments made using Rupay, Visa, MasterCard, Diners debit cards and American Express credit cards too. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need to fill your card number, expiry date, three- digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
